At Prime Aluminium, we strive to make the delivery of your new doors effortless. Our fleet of vehicles operates from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery costs are subject to variation based on your location.

WHERE WE DELIVER
While our headquarters are in Yorkshire, we conduct deliveries across every corner of the country. Our drivers are continuously making deliveries throughout England, Wales, and Scotland. However, at present, we regret to inform you that we do not offer delivery services to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Isle of Wight.
our delivery process
- Our delivery hours are from Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm. Prior to arrival, our driver will contact you with at least a one-hour notice.
- Upon processing your order, you will receive an email confirmation specifying a week commencing date for delivery.
- 1 week prior to the delivery, you will receive both an email and a phone call to confirm the exact delivery date.
- If you opt to postpone the delivery of your confirmed order after Wednesday of the preceding week, a storage fee of £10 per day, per door will be incurred.
- We provide a one-man delivery service; therefore, the driver will require assistance unloading from the van. Kindly ensure a clear space for easy access on the delivery day.
